In our Cook The Book classes, we take recipes from well loved and famous cookbooks and our CIA trained chefs coach you on how to make these recipes come alive! Marcella Hazan is credited with bringing Italian Cooking to USA.

Here is Italian Home Cooking at it’s best -cooking that Marcella describes as “spontaneous, pithy, spirited, direct.” Every dish will let you capture its authentic, idiomatic flavor!

We start with a fresh Bruschetta, cook up an amazing Pasta dish of Shells with green red and yellow peppers in cream. We chop a crisp salad and finish with learning how to make an Italian Crepe. A fabulous menu for all to tackle.
